Meadow Hawkweed | Hieracium pratense
Perennial; leaves are hairy on both sides, up to 6 inches long, and mostly laying flat on the ground. Stems, leaves, and bracts have dense blackish hairs and milky sap. Small bright yellow flowers in clusters at the top of stems.
