Orange Hawkweed | Hieracium aurantiacum
Perennial, branches at the top to produce orange-red flowers. Stems are covered with hairs, usually do not have leaves, and contain a milky juice. Simple leaves are basal, aproximately 4.5” in length. Leaves are also covered in hairs.
