California Black Oak | Quercus kelloggii

Description

At full maturity, this oak is 30-50 feet tall. The California black oak’s bark forms squarish puzzle pieces and its characteristic lobed oak leaves range from pinkish red to olive green to yellow-orange over the course of the growing season.
