Tall Meadow Rue | Thalictrum polycarpum
A lovely delicate perennial with blueish-green leaves and magenta-red flowers that dangle, similar to a Columbine. The lacy leaves turn yellow in the fall. Grows much taller than its relative Thalictrum occidentale (Western Meadowrue) - up to 6 ft. Drought-tolerant and easy care. A great choice for the dry shade/woodland garden.
